“The Starch Up experience has been great. The app has become a instrumental part of our business.”

Pros: The software is very intuitive and easy to use. The software has allowed my company to start a route from scratch and manage it very effectively. The team at Starch Up is really what makes this software stand out from the rest. It’s clear from the time you sign up how passionate they are about what they do.

Cons: Really, not much to say here. Honestly, the team at Starch Up resolve any issues when they occur. I have personally reached out to the owner on a Sunday and got a response within minutes.

“Scanlon’s review of Starchup”

Pros: State of the art features that make dry cleaning & laundry delivery a breeze. No longer are we making stops when customers don’t have orders, customers love it, easy reporting. They are working regularly on making this the perfect system.

Cons: There are still a few features that need to be tweaked or added before the POS side of things are top-notch. However, their team is responsive and as mentioned in the pros, they are working diligently to provide the best overall POS and Delivery system out there.

“Best laundry app out there”

Overall: Love the platform, from the user app, to the facility app everything is very easy to use and built for our industry.

Pros: After many months of researching and actually trying other apps in the market, I can say StarchUp is the best one. The platform is extremely easy to use, the customer team is always available, and most important the user experience from the customer side is flawless. I would recommend StarchUp to any laundromat or dry cleaning owner that would like to expand their business.

Cons: Nothing, everything works very well you can tell the StarchUp team spend a lot of time creating this platform.

“Great experience with Starchup. A feature our client base is looking for.”

Pros: In a labor intensive business, it gives us the ability to scale. More efficient communications with our customers that is beneficial to them and us.

Cons: The app doesn’t have all the small managing indicators that a hands on owner with industry experience might include. However, simple is sometimes better and they have been very receptive to and have implemented good feedback/suggestions.

“Fantastic POS system for Laundry & Dry Cleaning Services”

Overall: The software is fantastic and the support team is incredibly helpful and responsive. The customer mobile app and driver app integration works like a charm and is exactly what I needed to facilitate my growing business.

Pros: This software is built for the modern laundry & dry cleaning business owner. All of its features address & facilitate the many various ways in which a laundry operator must provide service to their customers. The design is very intuitive and incredibly user friendly. Integration with our existing business was relatively easy, considering the complex structure of our operation.

Cons: As is expected with any software, when integrating this software with our existing system, there were a small number of features that didn’t quite meet our particular needs. However, the support team has been incredibly helpful in devising workarounds. Furthermore, whenever possible, they would either make on-the-spot design upgrades to resolve the issue or put the task in the queue for future feature upgrades.

“Starchup allows us to build a business around our software”

Pros: Starchup gives you the flexibility to build our business around the software instead of other options that force your business models into their software. This has been huge for us. And, their customer support is unreal. We get replies in minutes and any of the issues we run into are resolved same-day.

“StarchUp really works for us”

Overall: The Starchup team is great and responsive. They are there when we need them by phone or message.

Pros: The Order Delivery function that establishes routes for delivery and pickup. And the route can be easily modified.

Cons: Sometimes tough for customers to get registered. To me, it is not hard, but we have helped many customers complete their sign-up.

Reasons for Choosing Starchup: StarchUp was 100% focused on pick-up and delivery, and it did not require a complete overhaul of my POS system.

“Listens well to the customers needs! Helpful in getting our team on board with the app!”

Pros: The daily customer list (stop manager #), the turn by turn guidance and the ability to contact customers easily. They even came to our town to see us in action and assist with training…above and beyond!

Cons: That is a hard question, I have been very pleased with how they have listened to my request as a business owner to make my business more successful with our route and their understanding of the day of the life of a driver.

“Starchup is an amazing platform and works great. The support is also great!”

Pros: The ongoing support and the reliability of the platform are very impressive. I have been using for over a year and very satisfied.

Cons: There is no cons about this software and business. They are always responsive and always updating their platform and it is always getting better and better.

“Starchup is SO user friendly. They cater to exactly what our company needs.”

Pros: The easy access to chat with Starchup support is a major plus. Every is so friendly and just fun to talk to whenever I may need to contact them for help. Starchup goes above and beyond to help me troubleshoot issues, and quickly I may add. The site is clean, user friendly, and built to really cater to what my company’s needs to efficiently operate.

Cons: Honestly, I can’t think of any cons. Any time I have a con all it takes is a quit chat with the team and the issue fixed!

“High end POS system with well thought out features and functionality”

Pros: By far, the developers created the most extensive and feature-rich experience in a dry-clean POS to date.

Cons: Its a higher price point than some, but the functionality is tops!
