“Review for laundry software Fabklean for UClean store”

Overall: Very good experience and satisfied user.

Pros: Easy of use, customizable and industry specific.

Cons: Should include store branding at low costs.

“Lau dry software that easies off your work”

Overall: Our o erall experienced can be rated as 10 on 10. We do nit have any complaints with Fabklean after a period of 2 years of being associated with then. Though we have many suggestions and the best part is that Fabkleans technical team I corporated all those features with a day or two, at times even within hours.

Pros: All.softwares provide the account ring and billing details with more or less the same level of operating pattern. However the one thing that makes Fabklean way apart rom other softwares is the ease of tracking the articles within your store. Yes, the ‘Racks’ feature has really eradicated the herculean task of searching the entire store for every single bill that is about to be delivered. We had been using other softwares in the past and have found Fabklean to be having the most user friendly Interface and operating system. Working on fabklean is faster than other software as all the features are placed conveniently at a click of a.mouse. Technical support is just fantastic. The term ‘Technical Support’ can’t get better than the support of Fabklean . And the best part, al these comes at a price that does not pinch your pocket.

Cons: Just one thing. While pri ting the Bill’s and tags, the system should pick up the relevant printer automatically, but it does nit happen that way. Everytime we have keep selecting the printer.

Reasons for Switching to Fabklean: We did not develop a feeling co.fortability with the quick clean team.

“Easy and Quick to start “

Overall: The staff is patience and knows there stuff

Pros: Given the experience of team i this area they certainly have taken care of each and every thing in the product and keeps on improving it as time passes

Cons: Integration of apps in multiple store and mobile app is not seamless needs loads of work on the same

“Best decision to buy and use.”

Overall: We have been using this software for more than 2 years, and I would say its one of the best decision i took for my business. Some of our staff are illiterate, even for them the POS is intuitive. The touch based capability along with proper images make the software easy to use. Most of our staff is B2B based, and this make our payments come on time from our customers. Fabklean gives outbound communication easy and transparent to our customers, and they can check the orders placed, due amounts to be paid, bills already paid, easy pickup, and deliveries to be made available both in WhatsApp as well as their mobile app. Batch Invoicing is the critical functionality we use most. Fabklean in-depth reports gives us clarity in terms of which customers are slipping into red zone, and there by giving the staff to correct the relationship.

Pros: We like the features like – B2B Invoicing, Alerting and Pushing the customers for on-time payments – WhatsApp integration for realtime notifications – Super Easy and IntuItive nature of POS, even for semi-educated staff – Real time tracking of drivers

Cons: Though they have the accounting features built into the software, still integration is required with Tally software

Reasons for Choosing Fabklean: – Pricing is attractive – Good feedback from my colleagues – Support is really good

“Program for dry cleaning”

Pros: We are using fabklean for more than one year and We are really satisfied with this software. It is all on cloud so we can use it also on the way. It can be connected to mobile phone number via API key and custostomers will recive sms message about their orders. Software support is very quick, helpfull and willig. ecoCistiaren Namestovo, Slovakia

“Fabklean is Fantabulous”

Overall: It is a fantastic software. it makes your life easy. I have a fabulous experience working with it. In one word I would say “FANTABULOUS”.

Pros: User friendly, every information on top of your finger. Back end support always on their toes to help.

Cons: Very minor development required, eg. pick up orders when assigned a invoice number is generated. If the pick up is cancelled then the invoice also gets cancelled, and that invoiice cannot be used.

Reasons for Switching to Fabklean: Fabklean is more user friendly and is cheaper than quik clean

“Very happy with the software”

Overall: Very good

Pros: Features are easy to use. Have being using it for more than 2 yrs. Very good after service.
